Privacy

• Your account: email address and display name. Optionally, a profile photo, height, weight and a short bio if you add them.
• Pool activity: your picks (with the line at the moment you locked), Survivor entries, chat messages and reactions, and whether your commissioner has marked your dues paid.
• Your Ledger: bet slips you add, including the screenshot, stored privately, and the bet details read from it.
• Crews: which crews you're in, and email addresses you invite.

• People in your pools see your name, photo, picks once they lock (Survivor picks once the game kicks off), standings and chat.
• Your Ledger is private to you. If you join a crew, you choose what it sees: dollars, units or just the picks. Any single bet can stay yours alone.
• Your commissioner sees and sets dues marks. Chalkboys never handles the money itself.

• To run your pools and your Ledger: scoring, standings, live boards and chat.
• Email is for your account (sign-in links, password resets) and pool admin only. We never send game emails, and we never send marketing.
• No ads. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

• Like most websites, Chalkboys runs on trusted outside services for hosting, storage, sign-in and email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
• When you upload a slip screenshot, an AI service reads it once to fill in the bet details.
• Odds, scores and race results come from sports data providers. They never receive anything about you.

Only what's needed to keep you signed in. Page-view counts don't use cookies, and there are no tracking or ad cookies.

A few small cookies remember site preferences, like which page the app opens to. They don't track you.

We keep your data while your account is open. To delete your account and the data tied to it, email help@chalkboys.com from the address you sign in with. Copies in our backups are replaced over time.
